Carl W. Harkey, founder and president of Wade Communications Consultants, Ltd., is an engineer with over two decades of hands-on experience working closely with business clients to use telecommunications technology and network services to their advantage.

Mr. Harkey holds both BS and MS degrees in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an MS degree in Telecommunications Systems from DePaul. He has also earned a certificate in Advanced Computer Security from Stanford University.
